Timer to use with Slow Cooker - best/cheapest?

I have just bought a DeLonghi Slow Cooker (never had one before), however it doesn't have a built in timer.
Can anyone recommend a decent/cheap timer that I could use alongside the slow cooker?

I think you can get a cheap plug in timer in poundstretcher, can't remember the price, but I'm sure it'll only be 2 or 3 pound. Same as above. Any cheap one will do the job.
EDIT: Mark sure it has the CE mark though as I have seen extension leads without them.
