E: 28/02 Win a meal for 2, with Tiger Beer

Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules
1. Only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. Log onto the website www.tigerbeer.co.uk/yearofthetiger and answer the multiple choice question.
Standard broadband rates apply. Limited to one entry per person.
3. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed electronic entries,
such entries will be void.
No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or
secure access to the web entry route.
4. Closing date midnight on 28/02/10.
5. All valid correct answers will be entered into a free prize draw. One winner will be drawn at random each
week under independent supervision from all correct and qualifying entries received by midnight Sunday on
each week during the promotional period.
Draws will be made on 29.01.10, 05.02.10, 12.02.10, 19.02.10, 26.02.10 and 05.03.10. The Judges decision is final.
6. There are six prizes of “A meal for 2 people” aged 18 or over at your nearest participating TIGER restaurant.
Meal will be to the value of £100.00 including all drinks and accompaniments.
Winner will be expected to pay for anything on bill in excess of £100.00 on date of meal in restaurant.
7. Winner will be notified by telephone or email within one week of weekly draw.
Winners details will be made available on the website www.tigerbeer.co.uk/yearofthetiger until 28.06.10.
8. There is no cash or other alternative to this prize in whole or in part. Prize is not transferable.
9. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
12. We cannot guarantee that the meal will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.
We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the restaurant manager.
