Simply find the missing rider in a photo taken at a MotoGP race and you could win a Ducati 1098 Superbike.

For your chance to win, simply click "Enter Now" on this page and complete the form in full.

The winner will be the person who correctly matches the position where an independent judge has decided that a rider in 2nd place could have been when the photograph was taken and who, in the event of a tie, completes the tiebreaker by creating a name for an imaginary SanDisk/Ducati motorbike in an appropriate and unique way.

Promotion open only to consumers aged 18 or over and who are residents of Europe, Middle East or Africa. Promotion will be void where prohibited by local law. No purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry per person will be accepted.



Simply look at the picture and decide where our judge has decided a racer in 2nd place could have been at the moment this photo was taken - was he racing up the inside, just behind the bike in front or had he just overtaken someone?

Then either click on the picture or manually select the grid letter and number where you think the biker's helmet would have been as he raced towards the lead bike.

If you choose the same grid square as our judge, you could be the lucky winner of the Ducati 1098 Superbike!

    1. The 'Win a Ducati 1098 Superbike promotion from SanDisk' (the "Promotion") runs from 1st May 2008 to 31st December 2008 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion is open to all residents of any country within Europe, Middle East and Africa who are aged 18 or over ("the Participants"), excluding employees and their families of SanDisk, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. The Promotion will be void where prohibited by local law.
    2. No purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry per person.
    3. The Promotion can only be entered online via the website www.extreme-gp.com. No other entry route is available.
    4. The Participant must complete the on-line Registration Form in full, including completing the tiebreaker by providing an appropriate and unique name for an imaginary SanDisk/Ducati motorbike using a maximum of 3 words. Once the Registration Form has been completed the Participant will be able to access the on-line SanDisk Ducati 1098 Superbike promotion.
    5. Entrants who do not complete all sections of the Registration form correctly, including the tiebreaker, will have their entry deemed invalid.
    6. By following the instructions on the 'How to Play' section of the website, Participants will attempt to identify where an independent judge believes that a bike rider in 2nd place would have been located when the photograph shown on this website was taken.
    7. The closing date for participation is midnight GMT on 31st December 2008.
    8. The top prize of a Ducati 1098 Superbike will be awarded to the entrant who has correctly identified the most likely location of the 'missing rider' from the photograph and who has in the opinion of the judges, created the most appropriate and unique name for a SanDisk/Ducati motorbike.
    9. The winner of the Ducati 1098 Superbike will be responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate motorbike licence and insurance.
    10. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or other alternative will be given. Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
    11. The winner will be contacted by e-mail and/or by telephone within two weeks of the closing date.
    12. In the event of the initial winner being disqualified another Participant who has correctly identified the most likely location of the missing rider and who has provided an appropriate and unique tiebreaker will be 'upgraded' to win the Ducati 1098 motorbike.
    13. We aim to deliver the Ducati 1098 motorbike within 21 days (maximum 28 days) from the date that the winner is contacted, subject to any customs delays that are outside of our control.
    14. The winner will be required to participate in publicity related to this Promotion.
    15. Names and addresses collected as part of this prize draw will only be used in conjunction with this promotion unless you have given your express permission for SanDisk to contact you by post and/or e-mail, as indicated on the entry form. Personal information obtained as part of this promotion will not be shared with other companies or organisations.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Programme in total or in part at any time in the event of proven or suspected fraudulent misuse of the on-line SanDisk Ducati 1098 Superbike promotion, interference with the on-line SanDisk Ducati 1098 Superbike promotion (computer hacking), or other significant technical or legal issues or any supervening events beyond the control of the Promoter.
    20. The Promoter's decision is final in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into.
    21. All instructions given on the promotional leaflet and on this website from time to time form part of these Terms & Conditions.
    22. The copyright in all names suggested as part of this promotion will vest automatically in the promoters without fee.
