Tesco Loan Please help

We applied for a loan from Tesco, it was approved in princeable. We have sent off all our details and are waiting a decision. This evening we have had calls from loan companies. I am assuming we have been refused and they have passed on our details can anyone confirm this.

No they were closed, its just I have read on this forum that when you are declined they pass on your details. Sometimes before they tell you.
