  By entering this prize promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. The prize promotion is open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over except employees (and their families) of TalkTalk Telecom Limited ("TalkTalk"), and any affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of The Carphone Warehouse Group Plc and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.
  2. You may enter the prize draw by entering and submitting your details on the website at www.talktalkpromotions.co.uk/wintickets (the "Prize Promotion Entry Page").
  3. Each winner will win one pair of tickets which will entitle the winner and one guest to free entry to one of The X Factor 2010 tour shows. A minimum of two pairs of tickets are available as prizes.
  4. Any additional costs, such as transport to and from the Venue, any required accommodation, food and other miscellaneous expenses shall remain the responsibility of the winner and his or her guest.
  5. The closing time for the prize promotion will be midnight on the Sunday 31st January 2010 (the "Closing Time"). Any entries received after the final Closing Time at midnight on 31st January 2010 will not be accepted by the Promoter.
  6. The winning entries will be selected by an independent judge immediately after the Closing Time and the winners will be telephoned with confirmation on their TalkTalk landline number or alternative daytime phone number as submitted on the Prize Promotion Entry Page, within 24 hours of selection.
  7. Only one entry per TalkTalk registered landline or per household is permitted.
  8. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.
  9. The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize(s) are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
  10. All prize(s) are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with one(s) of an equivalent value should the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his or her prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to another participant.
  11. A list of winners' names and locations can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to The Marketing Dept (X-Factor Team), TalkTalk Telecom Limited, 11 Evesham Street, London W11 4AR after the Closing Date.
  12. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
