SR Flour substitute

I only use SR flour when making my xmas pud. I usually go to my local "scoop" shop and buy exactly what I need. Unfortunately, the shop no longer exists and I don't want to buy a whole packet for just a couple of ounces. Can I use plain flour with baking powder? If so, what quantities would I need as substitute for say 2 ounces of sr flour?
Thanks in anticipation
