Last year's winning submission didn't look particulaly wonderful (or edible, come to that), so worth a shot if you can bring yourself to try it!

Hi

I came across this recipe competition - spam cook of the year 2009. You have to enter a spam tinned meat recipe and picture on the webiste www.spam-uk.com. Looks like they're looking for regional finalists too. Closing date is 30 April 2009.
