    I get mine from Tesco's or Holland and Barratt. I think Tesco's is cheaper.

    asda often have quorn/linda mccartneys in frozen section at £1 special price. also farmfoods are cheap.

    The dried stuff is much cheaper than the frozen, Tesco's is good under a quid.

    Is there a local "health" type store. We have one which has a deli and serves variety of stuff including herbs and spices, soya, grains, pulses, which they weigh and bag. Or one of those weigh & save stores....you know the buckets where you help yourself. They usually stock soya mince and chunks. Find them much cheaper than supermarkets.
