This Promotion is open to all UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of British Sky Broadcasting Limited, their associated companies, their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.


The Promotion starts on 15 November 2007 and ends on 29 November 2007.
To take part in the Promotion entrants can either enter the skymovies.com quiz online or send their answer by post. To enter online, entrants should answer the multiple-choice question and fill in their details as indicated. All entrants who correctly answer the question before the closing date will be automatically entered into the free prize draw.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your email. Only one entry per person and/or per email address.
To enter the skymovies.com quiz by post send your answer, name and address to 'Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer DVD quiz' c/o Sky Movies Networked Media, New horizons Court 1, British Sky Broadcasting Limited, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 5QD to arrive by 29 November 2007. Only one entry per stamped envelope. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are delayed in the post. Late, damaged, defaced or illegible entries will be disqualified.
On 30 November 2007 an independent person will draw 50 prize winners at random from all eligible entries received.
The prize winners will each receive a Fantastic Four : Rise Of The Silver Surfer DVD
There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them).
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
The prize is non-refundable and not transferable.
Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by its negligence and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control and for any act or default of any travel company, airline, hotel or any other third party supplier.
The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
