Prizes will be posted out as soon as the book is in print. This will be no later than March 2009.
The training session will take place at a time/date convenient to all parties in March/April 2009. It will last approximately 2 hours and will be a full body work out. It is only suitable for those with a good level of fitness. It will be in London and the winner must make their own way to the session.0
