We got one from Woollies a few weeks back £14.99 cross cut and shreds cds too (can't see us using THAT function though!). Was the cheapest I'd found anywhere - and was big enough to take A4 unfolded.

We got a Fellowes one from Stationery Box, does confetti cut, credit cards, and you can even leave the staples in!...Argos are selling it for £39.99...but Stationery Box was only £36.99.
    Hope this helps

I got a Fellowes P45C crosscut from Viking a month ago for £35.23 inc VAT. I'm really impressed with it and it even shreds credit cards. The good thing about Viking of course is that you almost always get a freebie with the order too (mine was a £10 box of chocs):D https://www.viking-direct.co.uk

It was before Easter so don't know if its still valid but if ordering by phone, you can ask what offer you are entitled to and they will let you know what is current for the amount you are spending. The chocolates were Lindor Easter eggs ref QE4-PR6848. The phone no is 0800 424445. Good luck!

I had a cross cut shredder freom woolies, absolutely useless, motor burnt out after 2 weeks. Got refund and bought Fellowes crosscut one from Staples for £18.99. Don't know if still available but same model was over £30 from Viking. Worth a look ?

There's always the manual cross-cut shredder from Woolies at £7.99. It's ideal if you don't have loads to shred, compact, doesn't rely on electricity and is cheap!
