Seems like you don't need to be a kid to enter but you need to have them! Need to upload a photo doing "something newsworthy" and write a couple of sentences. Just says open to UK residents and "You or your child must be the sole and exclusive creator, author and owner of the contents of the Entry and you confirm that no one else has any right to the Entry or its contents" so I guess the adults can enter too?
Ooooh just noticed it says one entry per day too!

It does indeed say one entry per household per day "TT will only accept one Entry per day, per household"
