1. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. For a chance to win, simply enter your name, address, telephone number and valid email address as directed on the site before midnight on June 27th 2008. The promoter will not be responsible for transmission, network and/or computer or software errors affecting the logging of entries to the promotion. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the promoter or problems with accessing the promotional site.
4. All normal Internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant's responsibility.
5. The draw will take place June 30th 2008. The draw will be independently supervised. Any decisions will be final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winners will be informed by email. If the winner cannot be located or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, his/her prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant who's name will be drawn in the same way.
7. The prize: there is one VIP day to be won. The prize consists of two Hampton Court Palace Flower Show tickets, transport to the show for two people up to the value of £75 per person, exclusive insider tour and three course lunch for two at The Allium Restaurant. Accommodation for two people up to the value of £100 per person will be provided for the night before the show if the prize winner lives more than 75 miles from Hampton Court.
8. Tickets and details of the prize will be dispatched to the winner in time for receipt prior to the show (starts 8th July) to the address as registered at time of entry. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for non-delivery of the prize due to incorrect details given by the winner or inadequate performance of the postal services. The Promoter will not be responsible in the event of cancellation or postponement of the show.
9. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable and subject to availability. No cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of same or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
10. Offer closes 27.06.08. All entries must be received by midnight on 27.06.08.
11. The winners' first names and counties will be posted online at https://www.rachelsorganic.co.uk between 07.07.08 and 07.08.08.
12. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
13. By entering the promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
