This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
Closing date for the competition is 15th December 2009. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
In the event that more than one entry is made, the first entry received will be accepted into the competition.
To enter the competition complete in full the Penn State questionnaire including personal details of name, age, email address and contact number. The questionnaire can either be completed 1) at the Penn State stand at The Good Food Show, Birmingham 25th – 29th November 2009. All questionnaires must be handed in at the Penn State stand, GFS by 29th November 2009. 2) Via completing the questionnaire online at https://www.aperfectnightin.com, all questionnaires must be submitted by 15th December 2009.
By completing the questionnaire at GFS, Birmingham you are giving consent for any photographs taken of you by the Penn State Team to be uploaded to https://www.aperfectnightin.com and published in the perfect night in handbook.
In the event of an entrants' mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.
All correctly completed entries from both routes will be entered into one free prize draw where one winner will be drawn at random for the 1 x holiday prize.
The holiday prize consists of 4 nights in New York for two. Prize includes return economy flights from London to New York, return transfers from New York to hotel accommodation and comprehensive travel insurance.
The holiday prize must be taken before December 2010. The holiday cannot be taken during public and peak school holiday times including Christmas and Easter and the stay must include a Saturday night.
The Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via email or phone by 30th December 2009. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a British Passport with at least 6 months left before the expiry date available from the date of travel and organize any required visas.
By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly owned creation and to the extent that such entry makes use of any third party materials that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Entrants will keep the Promoter harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each entrant undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalise the licence. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit materials to us.
Winners details can be obtained by sending a self addressed envelope to Penn State Perfect Night In, Intersnack Ltd, Tanfield Lea, County Durham, DH9 9XS. up to 3 months after the announcement date.
The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
The winners and for the holiday prize the chosen person accompanying the winner, agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The draw takes place on December 16th, so I guess the end date could be 15/12. You need to amend the title of the post to include an end date, or it will be moved to Game Over.
