1. No purchase necessary. Every customer who fills in the 'I want the Cash' promotion on our website with the details of a friend's e-mail address, will be entitled to be entered in our competition to win £5,000.00 in cash.
2. Every valid friend's email address supplied will count as one entry. Entries will be disqualified if an email sent to the friend's nominated address is undeliverable for any reason.
3. The winner will be selected at random from the 250 customers who submitted the highest number of email addresses.
4. On receipt of an entry, Homepride will send an email to the nominated friend which will appear to have been sent from the entrant's personal email address. The nominated friend will be able to withdraw their name from Homepride's marketing list by clicking a link on that email.
5. The customer confirms that he or she has the authority to pass on details of such friend's e-mail address to Homepride Limited and that the friend has agreed that Homepride Ltd can send emails to their address for marketing purposes until he or she asks to be removed from the marketing list.
6. The closing date and time for entries is 5 p.m. on 31st August 2008: entries delivered to Homepride after that time will not be eligible.The winner will be announced by 30 September 2008.
7. Homepride Limited cannot accept responsibility for lost entries or for errors in transmission of data to or from Homepride.
8. The competiton is open to UK residents only (entrants must be over 18 years old). The competition is not open to employees of Homepride Limited, their families, agents or anyone professionally associated with this offer.
9. There is one prize of £5,000 which will be paid to a nominated UK bank account given by the entrant. There are no alternative prizes.
10. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw taking place.
11. The winner's details will be posted on Homepride's website within 48 hours of the draw taking place.
12. The decision of Homepride is final and no correspondence either by letter, telephone, e-mail or by any other method can be entered into.
