Nectar eStore Eurostar Triple points fiasco

Hi there! This is my first post, but thought I need a platform to advise of my bad experiences with Nectar and an eStore Triple Points offer.
The Nectar eStore link from their website offered TRIPLE NECTAR POINTS for Eurostar bookings made before end July 2007. I booked a trip that met their conditions, but so far they haven't paid out - 4800 points!
I called their Helpline, wrote them a letter and loads of emails, and all they keep promising ... 'you'll get your credit in 28 days..' but it's now November and this was booked in July 2007.
Next time I'll book elsewhere and not though the Nectar eStore - they cannot be trusted!!!
