You are entering for international matches and prizes between 22/8/2007 and
12/9/2007.

You must register with your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address, date of birth and country supported at https://www.sponsoredbyyou.com
The closing date for entry is 12 noon on the 6th of August 2007.
Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
The prize draw is only open to Nationwide customers who hold a Nationwide account, including insurance.
The prize draw is not open to Nationwide Group employees or their appointed agents.
All entries must be completed online.
Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
The winning entries will be drawn at random after the closing date.
The winners will be notified by e-mail or phone after 7th of August 2007.
There is no cash or other alternatives to the prizes stated.
All prizes are non-transferable and match tickets cannot be sold.
Details of the winners (names and home counties only) will be available by writing to Sponsorship B2, Nationwide House, Nationwide Building Society, Pipers Way, Swindon SN38 2SN after the 7th of August 2007.
All mascots must be aged between 7 years and 11 years old.
Winners of the prizes with hospitality must be aged 18 years and over.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We reserve the right to use winners' names and photographs in publicity.
The promoter is Nationwide Building Society.
