I went £3 over £10 budget
I lasted until Thursday when I had to give DS a fiver for a school geometry set.
I had my hair cut on Thursday but this was only £5 for mobile hairdresser (I used to spend £22 at posh salon so see this as achievement in itself).
My fall off the wagon came on Friday when I spent £3 at the pub after being invited out by friend following stressy day at work.
(however, £3.00 is not bad for 2 hours socialising).
Will try harder next week, won't need hair cutting again for few weeks and geometry set was a bit of a one off.
Can I please be put down for £10 again.
I am actually really proud of myself, before LBM I used to get £10 a day out ATM and not know where it went!!Second and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time :mad:0 -
This is very early this week......

I failed miserably this week with a spend of £14.97  ... would have only overspent by 9p if I hadn't needed a new kettle last sunday
I'll try for £10 again this week...Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Okay, never done this before, but put me down for a tenner! Moving at the end of the month so plan to spend every spare moment packing boxes and going to the tip - and avoiding the shops!0

£9.98 on a game (:o) that's before cashback though :money:
£15 again this week, oh no wait, going to Bristol shopping for the first time ever (any tips guys? where to go or not to go?) So.... £30?No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
:hello: Hello my lovelies!
Somehow I managed to lose this thread last week and didn't report in - but can I play this week please. (I've subscribed to the thread in order to keep track of it! )
I'v decided to keep my eBay postage spend separate from my personal frittering money, so I reckon a tenner can keep me in bus fares and an emergency stash of Dark choc KitKats!
I am jonesing for a new lippy but I seriously don't need one! I have per-lenty of lipsticks!
And I'm really interested in [strike]buying [/strike]reading some books on living a simpler, greener, (cheaper!) life but I'll brave the library first before I hand over any cash.
Here's to a good week for all of us!

A no spend week for me. Just spent budgeted money on grocery and petrol. Going for £5 misc spends again but aiming to spend nothing.
Good luck everyone.

Hi PaP - I was well within my budget, this week, having spent £12.60 (but mainly by NOT going out)
I have a Job interview on Tuesday, so will probably spend a bit more this week.
Can you put me down for a budget of £25.00, please.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
