    What is that despatch note? Is it something like a paid reply?

    I did this, and got my two free books but didnt realise i had to cancel it, so a few weeks later 3 more popped through the post with some cutlery!!! - and an invoice for eleven pounds

    I ended up selling the books to a girl at work!

  • I returned the note with "CANCEL" written on it but they still sent four books and an invoice....not sure what to do would prefer to return them with no cost to me....

    I got my two books, and on the same day sent a cancel letter and emailed them to cancel. Theyve still sent the next lot!

    Advice please?
