Be careful with this one. I ordered a couple of weeks ago. Got the books no problem. But now they think I am a member and have sent me some more books. To cancel I have to send them back at my own cost.

This has been on a few times, i applied and got books no probs. As long as you send back the delivery note that you get with the freebies then you will get no further consignments.

Oops... I did not realize that....

It says in the small print that you have to write cancel on the delivery form and send it back to them. If they do not hear anything from you they will send you so many books per month after that at the cost of each book.

lol..my local charity shop sells mills and boon for 5p each..
if you are so inclined to read such trash thats probably a safer bet....

I did this offer when it was posted last year, and didn't have any problems cancelling my membership.

My free gift was a couple of pathetic little postcards as well. :rolleyes:

As for the "trash" comment :rolleyes: - well, there are people out there who enjoy reading Mills & Boon. I got mine for my MIL. And anyway, the books that I received weren't traditional cheesy Mills & Boon: one was a thriller, and the other was a romantic novel, but not too cheesy, from what I gather. :cool:

As far as freebies on this board go, this one is definitely not the worst.
