RULES:
All the recipes that comply with the conditions of the competition is to be registered into the contest. The closing day of registration is 23rd March 2009.
The final will be held at Blue Elephant restaurant on the afternoon of 3rd April 2009
JUDGMENT:
The competition will be judged from the judge which will be nominated by our sponsors.
RECIPES:
1. Each recipe must contain Mekhong as its main ingredients,
visit www.thespiritofthailand.com for more details of Mekhong.
2. The recipes entered into the contest must be original, must not
have been published either in print or ingredients used must be commonly
available in the UK shop.
3. All drinks may be: hand stirred, hand shaken or blended in an electric mixer.
4. Competitor must bring their bar equipment.
