Obviously we all want to enter as little personal detail as possible when entering comps, but I presume that they have to identify that the card has been used.
I appreciate that some people may not be comfortable in entering this information. But considering the proliferation of personal data everywhere I am quite happy for them to have the first 6 digits of mine, still leaves 9,999,999,999 possibilities for the next 10 and they do not have the expiry date, pin number or security number from the back.
