1. Promotion open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents, aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of Mars, their families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. For a chance to win one of 100,000 MARS® balls simply:
   1. purchase any marked promotional MARS®, MARS® PLANETS®, MARS® ICECREAM, MARS® MINI ROLLS pack;
   2. log on to www.marsballsgetbritainplaying.com (the "Website");
   3. register the 10 digit unique code printed on the inside of the pack (the "Promotional Code") and your name/address details; and
   4. submit your online entry into the promotion.
3. Entrants will receive a message confirming whether or not the Promotional Code is a winning code and, if a winner, what type of ball has been won. Time taken for notification may depend on website traffic at the time entry is made.
4. No Purchase Necessary. For the same chance of winning:
   1. follow the link on the Website to the No Purchase Necessary entry mechanic;
   2. enter your email address and contact details;
   3. a Promotional Code will be emailed to the email address provided; and
   4. an entrant can then register the Promotional Code in accordance with condition 2 above.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person per day using the 'No Purchase Necessary' entry route.
6. Mars Mini Rolls (6 and 10-bar packs) distributed in the Republic of Ireland will be in promotional packaging featuring unique codes. However, due to Irish legal restrictions, residents from the Republic of Ireland are excluded from participating in the promotion. Codes submitted by Republic of Ireland residents from any promotional packs will be rejected. What?! That's unfair surely!
   
7. Each prize will be either one of 50,000 size 5 MARS® footballs, one of 30,000 MARS® cricket training balls or one of 20,000 size 5 MARS® rugby balls.
8. Football and rugby balls will not be delivered inflated. The Promoter cannot take responsibility for any balls which are over-inflated by the winner. The type of ball is allocated randomly and the winner does not have the option of exchanging their prize for a different ball.
9. All Promotional Codes must be registered online between 12.01am on 01.05.09 and 11.59pm on 31.08.09. There will be a winner approximately every 2 minutes throughout this period, subject to Promotional Codes being registered during each 2 minute period.
10. Promotional Codes are only valid for one entry into the promotion. Promotional Codes received by any other means (eg in the post) will be rejected.
11. No responsibility is accepted for Promotional Codes or No Purchase Necessary applications which fail to be registered or submitted due to any technical failures or otherwise. Proof of submitting an entry and/or No Purchase Necessary application is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
12. Unsuccessful entrants will be entered into a further prize draw, to be held no later than 14.09.09, in which any unclaimed MARS® balls will be awarded as prizes. Winners in the prize draw will be notified by no later than 28.09.09.
