Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to all residents in the UK and the Republic of Ireland over 18 years of age, excluding employees and their families of Procter & Gamble (P&G) and its associated companies, their agents and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion.
2. Only one entry per person. Third party entries will be not be valid.

Entrants are required to upload a picture onto the Max Factor Facebook page; details of the type of picture and instruction on how to enter are featured on www.makeoverbreak.com and on the Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Max-Factor-UK/53528129266

1. Last date of entry is Friday 17th July 2009. Prizes will be awarded to the 6 entrants (1 main winner and 5 runners) up, who in the opinion of the independent judges complete the competition as a whole in the most apt, unique and original way. Judges will be appointed by P&G. Judges decision is final.
2. The main winner will receive a 'Max Factor Makeover Break Product Pack' and £100 worth of vouchers for use on www.asos.com.

1. The next 5 winners selected will each win a 'Max Factor Makeover Break Product Pack' consisting of:

   These will be full size products. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the product shades in the gift and there is no option for the winners to select their own shades, with the exception of the hair colour - which the winner will be able to select
2. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Only one prize per household. Please allow 28 days for prize details to be confirmed and delivered.
3. The winners will be notified via a Facebook message by 24th July 2009. By entering the competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions and agree to their names being published on Facebook or any P&G publication, in the event of winning. Name and county of winners will be available on www.maxfactor.co.uk after this date.
4. Procter & Gamble reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
