Terms & Conditions
1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except
employees and families of William Ransom & Son PLC (the promoter of ‘Allergenics’)
or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. All entries of this free prize draw must be received by midnight 30th, November
2009.
3. No purchase necessary. Simply complete the form on-line. However, participants
are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the website.
4. Only correct entries completed on-line will be valid to enter the final draw. Any
application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid. No
responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
6. The winners will be drawn at random from all the correctly completed entries by
an independent person. The winners will be informed initially by email within
fourteen working days of the closing date. Should the e-mail bounce or not be
responded to by the winner within 14 days of the first email being sent out an
attempt to contact the winner will be made via postal letter. In the event that we do
not receive feedback by either by phone or return letter after 14 days since posting
our (Ransom’s) letter, the prize will be redrawn.
7. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. The promoter
will attempt to confirm the winners address once in contact with the winner, but it is
the winner’s ultimate responsibility to notify the promoter of any change of address.
The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners’ details (surname and county) of the competition will be held by the
promoter and will be available on written request to the promoter’s address below
c/o ‘Allergenics’ Spa Break competition.

Prize must be taken before 31st May 2010. Accommodation is based upon two
people sharing a double/ twin room
The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
11. The promoter reserves the right in the event of circumstances arising outside of
its control, which in its opinion makes it necessary to cancel or change the prize draw
at any stage, and to substitute the prize with a cash amount or an equivalent value
prize. This is wholly at the discretion of the promoter.
12. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound
by them when entering this competition. This agreement is covered by the laws of
England and Wales.
