The KODAK Online Shop Trolley Dash game will be available to play at http://shop.kodak.uk/TrolleyDash between November 1st 2007 and December 31st 2007.

The game is open to all residents of the UK, France and Germany except employees of Eastman Kodak Company and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their immediate families, agents or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this competition. Entrants under 18 should obtain parental consent for internet usage.

The game is free to play, but intending participants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.

Participants who complete Level 1 of the game will be invited to register. Intending participants may register only once. Multiple registrations will not be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any registration it deems to contravene the spirit of this promotion. By registering, participants are subscribing to the Kodak Online Shop mailing list. Participants’ personal data will not be passed onto a third party or used for any other purpose.

All registered participants will be given a generic voucher code that can be used at the Kodak Online Shop at any time between November 1st 2007 and January 31st 2008, as follows:
Upon completion of Level 1: 10% off accessories
Upon completion of Level 2: 10% off accessories and £5 off any cameras, printers or frames, excluding clearance centre items
Upon completion of Level 3: 10% off accessories and £10 off any cameras, printers or frames, excluding clearance centre items.

Registered participants who leave the game will receive a voucher code that corresponds to the last level completed, as follows:
Leaves before completing Level 1: No voucher,
Leaves after completing Level 1 but before completing Level 2: 10% off accessories
Leaves after completing Level 2 but before completing Level 3: 10% off accessories and £5 off any cameras, printers or frames, excluding clearance centre items

Unregistered participants will not receive a voucher code.

In addition to receiving a voucher code, all registered participants who complete Level 3 will automatically become eligible and be entered for a monthly prize draw to be held in November and December 2007. The November prize draw is open to registered participants who complete Level 3 between 1st November 2007 and 30th November 2007. The December prize draw is open to registered participants who complete Level 3 between 1st December 2007 and 31st December 2007. The winners and runners-up will be randomly selected by computer from the eligible registered participants.

There will be one winner and one runner-up in each of November and December in each of France, Germany and the UK, i.e. six winners and six runners-up in all. Each winner will receive a Kodak V 1253 camera with HD dock. The runners-up will each receive a Kodak 5300 AiO printer.

The winners will be notified by email within two weeks of the close of the prize draw. If any winner does not respond within 14 days, the runner-up will be upgraded to become the winner and a new runner-up will be drawn. In the case of a non-responding runner-up, a replacement runner-up will be drawn to complete the full quota of winners and runners-up.

There are no cash or other alternatives to the prizes stated. The prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

Kodak reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

All winners and runners-up should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize.

The promoter will not be liable for lost, corrupted, damaged or delayed entries. In case of dispute, the record of entries held by the promoter shall be the definitive record.

By entering the draw, all participants agree to accept and abide by each and all these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and to withhold voucher codes and prizes in case of violation of any of these terms and conditions. The promoter also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be placed on the website at http://shop.kodak.uk/TrolleyDash.

The use of personal data received by the promoter in the course of this promotion is subject to the Kodak privacy policy which can be found at here. The names of the winners and runners-up will be published on the website at http://shop.kodak.uk/TrolleyDash. In addition, the names of the winners and runners-up will be available upon request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Matt Vickers, OgilvyInteractive, 10 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QB marked ‘Winners Details Request, KODAK Online Shop Trolley Dash’.
