All entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid in-date passport and visa for travel to Australia.
Employees of the promoter MDS Ltd. (on behalf of Hills Balfour Synergy, Tourism Queensland and Etihad Airways), its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
Competition closes at 6pm Thursday 31 July 2008, with winners notified on Monday 18 August 2008.
The prize is for six people only and includes return economy class flights departing from London Heathrow with Etihad Airways. Travel for your prize should be completed by 31st March 2009 and is subject to availability – during peak times our flights may be too full to accommodate you and the following black out dates apply: 24th May – 3rd June 2008, 19th July – 1st September 2008, 24th October – 2nd November 2008, 10th December – 10th January 2009. Tickets are subject to availability in the correct class of service. Bookings must be made at least 14 days before intended travel. Tickets are non transferable. Tickets must not be sold or auctioned. Flights must be taken together for all parties involved. Date changes are not permitted after booking. Tickets can not be upgraded. Flights are non-inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges, and are the responsibility of all prize winners. The prize also includes a minimum 7-days campervan / motorhome hire (subject to availability). Any additional meals, activities and personal expenses are the responsibility of all prize winners. Travel insurance is not included in the prize, and all prize winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
All prize winners must ensure they hold valid travel insurance to cover them (and everyone in their party) for the entire duration of the prize trip, and this must be both fully comprehensive and organised pre-departure.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
All prizes are subject to availability, with the promoter and all prize partners included in the competition, to take no responsibility for any inconvenience or disappointment caused due to the unavailability of flight seats, accommodation or any other components to the prize.
The promoter, accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner/s or their guest/s in entering the draw or accepting the prize.
The entries will be judged by an independent judge, with prize winners notified by email by (DATE). The judges decision is final, and should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entries and an alternative winner will be selected and notified.
