* orders must be made prior to midnight on 31st October 2006.
* £15 coupon valid for credit/debit card purchases only (no bankers draft or personal cheques accepted with voucher).

Returns Procedure for goods purchased using a Promotional Offer

The normal johnlewis.com Returns Procedure applies to goods purchased by credit or debit card and using a Promotional Offer.

Refunds relating to goods purchased using a Promotional Offer (if applicable) will be credited to the purchaser's credit or debit card at the purchase price less the value of any Promotional Offer amount and applicable charges (as set out in johnlewis.com's return policy).

If more than one item is purchased using a Promotional Offer and if after return of one or more of these items, the total value of the order comes to less than £75.00, then the total value of the Promotional Offer ( -£15.00) will be added back to the total price and a refund will be calculated accordingly. For example, if two items are ordered, one at £73.00 and one at £55, and if the item costing £55 is returned, it therefore reduces the total value of the order to £73.00. In this case, the refund of £55 on the returned item is then reduced by the value of the Promotional Offer. Normal return policy rules will apply on items returned within 28 days of the date of despatch.
Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

The "valid until 30/1/07" is a different code from "valid until 31/10/06".
