Click on the link below. At the bottom of the page is "Would you like a salon experiecne" pick your hair colour, answer the questions about your hair & at step 7 you request the sample. - (It takes about 2 mins to do the questions)

Form doesnt work if you skip the questions - they need to know which sample to send you

It was worth going to this website just to get perscription.
I've been using John Frieda conditioner anyway
