By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. The prize draw is open to all people aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Jme Group Limited and associated companies and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize draw.
2. The prize will consist of an evoucher valued at £100 to be spent online on any products (and delivery charges) available at https://www.jamieoliver.com/jme.
3. The closing date is 5pm on 30 May 2009 and any entries received after this date will not be accepted.
4. There is only one prize. The winning entry will be drawn at random and the winner will be notified on the email address provided by 2 June 2009. The winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days of it being sent, following which we will send the winner the evoucher details. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to our notification email within 14 days, we reserve the right to re-draw another winner from the entries received before the closing date.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry is free.
6. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted for entries which we do not receive. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost or delayed. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.
7. The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions. Any part of the evoucher not spent will not be refunded. Should there be any need to return any goods bought, vouchers will be given and not cash.
8. The prize is non-transferable. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of an equivalent value should the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason. If the winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
9. The evoucher must be used in full within one year of the date on which the evoucher is issued.
10. A list of the winner’s name and location can be obtained by sending a request to Jme Customer Care Team, Jme Group Ltd, 1 Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 0GT after 2 June 2009. By entering, you agree that your name and location may be made public if you win.
11. The decision of the judge is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
12. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
