If i was to get one of these, does it come with everything I need (e.g. usb connector, charger etc) or do I need to buy these separately (sorry, I'm a ipod novice)
    Midas.
  • No, you get a usb connector which doubles up as a charger.

the only things that come with a new i pod are the usb connector to attach to your pc ( which will also charge it) and a pair of ear buds, if you want to charge independantly you need to buy the ipod charger ( a socket that the usb lead plugs into and then goes into mains socket) the little docking station you can buy in my opinion isnt that much use, more an unnecessary accessory ( we got 4 ipods and never use the docking station we bought)
