30GB Ipod in Black £189.99 from Empire Direct

Empire Direct are selling 30GB ipod videos in Black for £189.99 and in white for £194.98. Curry's price for these is £219 so seems a bit of a bargain, but I haven't searched any other sites for offers. P&P is a further £4.99.

Same price at Amazon, prices are dropping as the new 6th generation models are announced soon.

Sorry - I searched on empire direct on this forum before posting - should have searched on Ipod! Perhaps the mods would like to delete this thread?

No worries! Would be better to merge as your empire direct post is still valid and we can build up a list of sites with the new prices

Great idea, my son wants an ipod for his birthday in July and as you'd expect ebay have the bext prices. I'd rather buy new with standard 1yr warranty.

Perhaps the thread should be expanded to include all MP3 players - "MP3 player reductions thread"?
