For your chance to win one of 5000 pairs of Mizuno trainers, simply enter the code found on special bottles, online at www.win5000trainers.com, along with your details.
Full Terms and Conditions
1. Open to residents of UK, aged 16 or over only, except employees and their immediate families of My Goodness Ltd, Mizuno Corporation UK, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. Closing date 28.08.09.
3. The promotion is available on special packs of For Goodness Shakes!, whilst stocks last.
4. Codes must be entered online exactly as they appear in the pack. Each code is unique and can only be used once. You may enter a code from each special bottle purchased, but are not permitted to refer yourself as a friend for additional entry. Anyone referring themselves will be removed from the competition. Please retain your foil seal as winning foils may be required to claim the prize.
5. Winning claims are subject to a full verification process and you should retain your foil seal until you have received confirmation of whether you are a winner as winning foils may be required to claim the prize.
6. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, or damaged, or for any associated costs to claimants.
7. All participants must ensure that they provide a valid email address and / or mobile phone number and are contactable on the same email address and / or mobile phone number used for their entry.
8. In the event of an entrants' mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.
9. Images of prizes are for illustrative purposes only and may not be a fully accurate portrayal of the prizes.
10. Fulfilment process will take a maximum of 28 days per prize.
11. No other costs will be covered by the promoter other than those stated above.
12. The prizes are supplied by Mizuno each consisting of 1 pair of ‘Mizuno Wave Rider 12’ running shoe.
13. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.
14. The Prize Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required.
15. Limitations of liability: Neither the promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

17. Any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud.
20. The Promoter will not be responsible for codes damaged or defaced in the way the bottle is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please return the wrapper to the Promoter at "For Goodness Shakes! Promotion”, My Goodness Ltd, Unit 4, 55 Bendon Valley, London, SW18 4LZ". Please include your name, email and full address details and a replacement code will be sent to you.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Prize Draws as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or as a result from any production errors or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Prize Draws.
22. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Prize Draw are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the prize and/or the prize draw except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
23. On entering the competition you agree to Mizuno and For Goodness Shakes! sharing information. Subject to the requirements of the data protection act 1988.
24. Conduct of participation. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive.
