Indian Food Fans

    I saw this link on here the other week & I made the chicken biriyani - it was absolutely gorgeous!!! Tasted very similiar to the on we get from the Local Indian takeaway.

    Stressed today .... the local Village Ball is tomorrow night and we have a BBQ on Sunday. And my first lot of ice-cream just curdled! And I'm looking after my SIL's greyhound & jack russell. In addition to my own Springer.....aaarrrgggghhhhhhh :eek:

    My favourite Indian site is Mamta's Kitchen Mamta sounds a lovelly person and the site has a forum so if you get stuck on a recipe you can post your problem and she will sort you out.

    Mamta is a lovely person, - she's your mum (indian word similar to mum).
    To the peeps who still have their mum, you are really lucky, make the most of your time with her and look after her well.
    mine is no longer with us, i miss her greatly, no day passes without me remembering her.
    i just wish i had spent more time with her.
