I'm on the mailing list for the shoe website http://www.fatshoesday.co.uk/ and got an email this morning telling me about free children's shoes. They are the Inchworm shoes (which apparently grow with your child). P&P is £6 per pair of shoes so technically they're not 100% free but the shoes usually retail at about £30.

I have used this company before to buy some adult Crocs and found their service to be very good. I wouldn't post this otherwise.
I don't have children yet so won't be taking advantage of the offer, but would be interested to know how people get on with it.

The shoes are made to the highest quality standards, however sometimes we get faults with mechanisms. So, you may receive a fully functioning pair of Inchworm shoes which grow from one size to another in perfect working condition, you may receive a pair that don’t grow but are still a fantastic pair of shoes, or you may receive a pair that grow but you can’t read the sizing underneath. But does it really matter – IT’S A FREE PAIR OF SHOES – and you choose the colour, size and style (subject to availability).

Same here. You have to keep checking the site as they get new stocks of seconds every so often. Some people have even got the postage for £4 instead of £6 (there is another thread going on this) - not sure why.0 -
