Anyone seen any deals for tickets to the Autumn Ideal Home Exhibition in October at Earls Court? I went last year and came away with armfuls of coupons so can't resist another visit this year.......
Thanks
Thanks

There's a "2 for the price of 1" offer over at the Daily Mail website. Just download the voucher here.
That's the best deal I've come up with so far, though I'm still on the hunt for freebie tickets...

Thanks for the 2 for 1 offer :T
I've been tempted to go to this event in the past.
It's the travel down from Manchester that puts me off going.
Is it worth the effort ? Or can I find the same stuff in the shops and stores ??

October's Sainsbury's mag has a voucher for £1 off (page 159). The mag costs £1.20 though (but does have vouchers in it: 50p non-specific and loads for Sainsbury's).
Not as good as the 2 for 1, but OK if there's only one person going.0 -
Thanks for posting about this - downloaded the voucher - do you just take it with you to the show (as I suspect), or do you need to send it off to claim your discount?
If so, is there an address?
Wouldn't want to go all that way to find I'd done something incorrectly and missed out on a bargain!!Smile - life's good !0 -
From the first link in my post:Click here to download your Mail online two for one entry voucher. Once you print this off you need to complete and cut out the coupon and present it when you purchase your tickets at the door on Friday 7, Saturday 8 or Sunday 9 October, 2005.

The way is to go to the trade counter and say you have lost your exhibitors pass and they will give you a day pass for £10. You will need to know what company is in there and what there stand number is. But easy becuase its on there website.Kind Regards

Well, I went to the first Autumn Ideal home show and was very dissappointed. I have always gone to the normal Ideal Home show (around April) and it is much larger. It may be different nowadays, but if someone said they was going to make a long trip for it, I'd say go to the main one!
Let me know if anyone knows different, as I may try it out again!0 -
I've done some searching around cos I'm going to go to the show on my own (Billie No-Mates) and the best I've found is £8 on a weekday, £10 on the weekend with Transport for London:-

You need a copy of the web page or the leaflet available at underground stations plus a valid tube or train ticket.
As for whether it's worth going to - well if you're going to be travelling a long distance it's probably worth waiting for the big show but if you're local or have something else to do in London then it's good for a couple of hours. If you want to get in to see the houses then the queues are shorter at this show. Last year they were giving away advertising booklets with lots of different offers in them and £2.50 worth of coupons usable in the supermarket - there was no limit to how many booklets you could take and it was six months before I ran out of coupons!!0 -
Hello all,
This is my first post, so I apologise if I get anything wrong. I won two tickets to the show and will only be using one of them. Don't know if this is maybe a bit too late, but I'd be prepared to send it to the first person who wants it. The ticket allows for free entry during the week, but you have to pay a fee to upgrade it for the weekend. I think it's only £2 per ticket though, so still worth it. I believe you should be able to email me through the profile to let me know if you want it.0
