Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their employees, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. There will be one draw each day in the period of 5 weeks from 1st July through to 4th August 2008. All valid entries submitted during the day preceding a draw up to the midnight will be entered into a draw on the following day. The closing date for receipt of all entries is midnight GMT on 3rd August 2008.

4. One entrant can make more than one entry to each draw, but only one prize

per household can be awarded during the promotion.
5. Entry must be made via official entry form online. Entrants must fill in their details and answer correctly a multiple choice question on the entry form.

6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

7. Entries which are not submitted via the official online entry form will be disqualified and are not the responsibility of Promoter or its agents.

8. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

9. The winner of each daily draw will be the first person drawn automatically at random from all valid entries submitted during the previous day of the promotion. The winners’ selection will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Each of the 35 winners will receive a set of vouchers which can be exchanged for 8 free packs of 4 Slim•Fast Hunger Shot™ mini drinks redeemable at selected Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose, Morrisons and Somerfield stores. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

11. No cash alternative will be offered.

12. The vouchers will be sent to the winners’ postal address indicated on the entry form by first class post within 28 days of the closing date.

13. The Winners' details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked 'Slim•Fast Hunger Shot™ Draw' to Unilever UK, Slim•Fast, Freepost ADM3940, London SW1A 1YR within 10 weeks after the published closing date.

14. The Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this draw.

15. By entering the draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the counts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
