    yeh its taking ages to load with me but ive even tried rimmels proper site to and cant seem to get on to it - maybe its my computer!!

    I still can't get into it... have also tried going through Rimmels site to get to it and it's painfully slow... I thought it was my computer!! :p

    This is frustrating - I've moved house and there is no way to change my contact details, or to contact them to change them for me........grrrrr......

    probaly run out of samples. but had this problem before with rimmel site, but have won freebies, which my daughter was happy about.

    OH NO!!! we moved house a couple of weeks ago and I haven't changed my address with them!!! I didn't even think about it when I logged in!!
