These seem to be some kind of toothpick-come-dental floss creation. I saw it advertised on the paper bag which my bosses sandwich came in... hence the web address!

If you're having trouble with the sandwich link, go to http://www.flixsticks.com and wait for the page to load, and there's a link in the bottom right hand corner for free samples and coupons, which takes you to a different form.
