  3. The winners will be notified by 30th October 2008 by telephone.

First prize is a two-night stay for two adults at a Premium Marriott Hotel in one of the following cities: Manchester, Greater Manchester; Glasgow, Glasgow City; Newcastle, Tyne & Wear; Meriden, Warwickshire; Liverpool, Merseyside; Chepstow, Monmouthshire; Portsmouth, Hampshire; Maida Vale, London; Camden, London; Bristol, Bristol City; York, North Yorkshire; Durham, County Durham; Edinburgh, Edinburgh City; Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire; Waltham Abbey, Essex; Swansea, Swansea City.

  6. The break includes breakfast and dinner, the value of which shall be at the discretion of the manager.
  7. The winners of the weekend break will also win the use of a Chevrolet Aveo, which shall be delivered to their home prior to the break.
  8. The Driver will need to have their driving licence, credit card and proof of identity (in the form of a passport or similar document with photo ID) and this signed voucher to hand when they book the test drive and when the vehicle is delivered.
  9. The winner will be responsible for petrol and oil consumed and all other costs prior to and after fulfilment of the prize not otherwise provided for herein.
  10. Second prize is a luxury picnic hamper which includes: four ceramic plates, four juice glasses, four ceramic mugs, four stainless steel cutlery sets, one food cooler, one stainless steel flask, one cotton tablecloth, four cotton napkins, one salt and pepper shaker and one waiters' friend corkscrew.
  11. All hampers will be delivered by courier to the winner's home.
  12. The supplier reserves the right to substitute items of the same value in the event of them not being available.

  14. The Winners will be the first entries randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all completed entry forms received by the Closing Date. The Draw will take place on 30th September 2008. The adjudicator's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. This Prize may only be claimed by the person named on the winning official entry form, and must be claimed within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to redraw another Winner without any liability whatsoever to the named person.

  17. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  18. In the event of any dispute the decision of BBC Magazines Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

  20. BBC Magazines Ltd assumes that entering the Competition (and you warrant that) through Radio Times/Gardeners' World and by using the magazine website that you have legal capacity to enter the Competition and agree to the Rules.
  21. BBC Magazines Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
  22. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, BBC Magazines Ltd in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
  23. Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed.

  27. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. BBC Magazines Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
  28. Prizes are awarded at BBC Magazines Ltd's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant, which could bring the BBC into disrepute.
  29. BBC Magazines Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
