  • 7. In the event of an entrants' mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.
    8. All correctly completed entries from both routes will be entered into one free prize draw where one winner will be drawn at random for the 1 x holiday prize.
    9. The holiday prize consists of 4 nights in New York for two. Prize includes return economy flights from London to New York, return transfers from New York to hotel accommodation and comprehensive travel insurance.
    10. The holiday prize must be taken before December 2010. The holiday cannot be taken during public and peak school holiday times including Christmas and Easter and the stay must include a Saturday night.
    11. The Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
    12. The winner will be notified via email or phone by 30th December 2009. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
    13. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a British Passport with at least 6 months left before the expiry date available from the date of travel and organize any required visas.
