Rules

The following rules (“Rules”) together with GCap Media plc's ("GCap Media") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.classicfm.com) apply to ‘DAB Digital Radio’ on Classic FM ("the Competition") which will run from 29 November 2007 to 4pm on Thursday 13th December 2007. The "Participating Radio Station" is Classic FM.

By entering this Competition, anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

1. Details of the Competition

1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to enter the Competition via www.classicfm.com.

1.2 To enter the Competition an Entrant must be a registered member of Behind the Music and must submit their entry via the competition page.

1.3 Closing date for entries is 4pm on Thursday 13th December 2007.

1.4 On Monday 10th, Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th, Thursday 13th and Friday 14th December a winner will be selected at random from all entries between 4pm and 4.30pm and announced on air during Mark Forrest's Drivetime Show between 4.00-6.30pm.

1.5 Entrants registering for the Competition after 4pm will be entered into the next days draw.

1.6 All matters relating to the selection of finalists and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the discretion of GCap Media, the Participating Radio Station and Universal Records. The judges decision is final.


2. Eligibility


2.1 Any employees of GCap Media, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.

2.2 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.

2.3 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if GCap Media discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, GCap Media reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified.

2.4 GCap Media and the Participating Radio Stations shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose application is not received by GCap Media or the Participating Radio Station.

2.5 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.

3. Prize

3.1 All decisions of the GCap Media and Participating Radio Stations’ representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.2 The prize is a Roberts SOUND 23 DAB Digital Radio.
