I sent off for these a while ago and they are well worth the effort! You get a nice size shampoo and conditioner (travel size samples, not just a sachet) and a £1 off coupon. And I think its Sainsburys who are doing 2 X Pantene items for £4....so I got 2 items at £3.95 each (a shampoo and a tub of intensive conditioner), used the coupon and got both for £3.00.
