Free Flask with AA Home Insurance Quote(merged)

I hope it is not posted before. I did a search and couldnt find it. Apologies if its a repitition.

AA are giving away free flasks when you ask for a quote on home insurance from them.
The number to ring is
08003168904 and quote ref 532

I was sent a leaflet in post.
I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T

    I received a flyer today... ring 0800 975 7707 for home contents cover, quote ref 532, and get a 'free flask when you call for a quote'

    Offer available until 31 August 2008 to new customers.

    I just called and said it was for a renewal on 5/8/8 (which it really is) and was told they couldn't quote 'that far in advance'.
    They must not be that keen for business.
    i'll wait and call later, but won't take their insurance, if they can't be bothered with people who do things early.

    Thankyou, ill give them a ring, the home insurance is due next month, and i dont have a flask, im sure it would come in useful so fingers crossed they send it out!!

    Insurance companies rarely quote more than one month in advance, due to chance of premiums changing. ;)

    I decided to give them another go and asked for a quote, but they won't be getting the business - AA £289.42 as against esure at £206.69!
    Stiil, hopefully the flask will come in useful.

    I was paying my home insurance with same company as mortgage for years till I wised up:D Paying nearly £400 a year, I did Lloyds/TSB insurance this year for home and contents for under £200 and got £125 cashback from Quidco:eek:

    It pays to shop around;) free flask or not:D

    Call the AA home insurance line : 0800 0726088 quoting ref: 532 to get a quote and you get a free flask. I have no need of a thermos but thought someone might be interested.

    (or other gift of equal value according to small print, new customers only, deadline 31st Aug 08)
