The winner and runners-up will be drawn at random from all correct entries received prior to the close of the competition. 4 By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. 5 Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. 6 The winning prize includes: return flights to Pisa for four people, seven nights’ accommodation at the Villa Albarello, Tuscany, subject to availability. Accommodation is based on two adults and two children sharing, or four adults sharing on a self-catering basis. The above holiday package must be taken week of 14 June 2008. All other costs and expenses associated with the holiday, including travel insurance, shall be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, all necessary visas, and adequate travel and medical insurance. 7 The 50 runners-up prizes include: Filippo Berio Olive Oil Spray range and Filippo Berio recipe books. 8 Entry can be made by post to the competition address or online at https://www.filippoberio.co.uk (click on Sainsbury’s Magazine competition). 9 The prize winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. 10 The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11 The winner and runners up will be notified by post or email by 14 March 2008. 12 Only one entry per person.
