I'm making some chocolate cupcakes and have just realised that I've no cocoa! can I sub drinking chocolate and just add less sugar - or should I just wait till I can get back to the shops??
thanks for any advice (by the way I have a bar of milk chocolate as well, if that can be used)

or you could make them with plain sponge but chop the chocolate up to make them choc chunk cupcakes...
  • Thank you both for your speedy replies! I'll try the drinking choc with a bit of grated chocolate in them. We're having choc cakes with cheesecake mix in them. recipe's from the hummingbird bakery book - can't wait!
