1. This competition is open to all UK, C.I. and I.o.M residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and representatives of PURINA PetCare (UK) Ltd

3. To enter this competition, entrants must visit www.purinaone.co.uk/natural and register or login, upload a photo of their own pet and tell us why he/she should be crowned the most natural pet in the UK in 25 words or less. Alternatively, participants can post their entry to PURINA ONE Natural Balance, Clarion Communications, The Griffin Building, 83 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1R 5AR.
4. By entering this competition, it is deemed that the participants’ pictures and scripts are the participants’ original work (or that the participants have permission from relevant third parties) and that the participants give PURINA PetCare (UK) Ltd permission to use them for publicity relating to PURINA PetCare (UK) Ltd. Pictures sent by post will not be returned. It is further deemed that participants agree to waive all moral rights in relation to the pictures and scripts, without compensation.
5. Only one entry per cat and only one prize per household.
6. Prizes will be awarded in order of merit to the entries which in the judges’ opinion display a picture and description of the most natural pet in the UK.
   The winner of the competition will win:
   • Weekend break in the New Forest, staying at the four star Senspa;
   • £200 towards travel;
   • Dinner for two at the AA rosette Manor Restaurant in the Senspa hotel
   • Breakfast and Thai lunch in the Zen Garden Restaurant in the Senspa hotel
   • Personal tour which outlines facilities and classes available to you to help you make the most of your visit
   • One pamper treatment per person and £150 per person towards additional treatments;
   • Complimentary unlimited herbal tea;
   • A mind and body class;
   • Full use of spa facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, herbal sauna, crystal steam room, experience showers, ice room and relaxation areas;
   • A year’s supply of PURINA ONE Natural Balance for cat or dog based on the average consumption per cat/dog as determined by the feeding guidelines on pack.
7. The holiday is valid for 2 adults. It is valid for travel until the 13th of December 2008
8. The winner will be notified by email by 10th August 2008. To contact the winner we will use the email address submitted in the registration form on www.purinaone.co.uk/natural. Written email acceptance of the prize is required within 30 days of notification. We reserve the right to give the prize to the runner-up if winner acceptance is not received within this time period.
9. The promoter retains the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances to substitute, without notice, the advertised prize with alternative of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable.
10. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and travel insurance for the trip.
11. The promotion will close on 13th July 2008. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
12. No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be delivered. Proof of submission is not proof of entry. Damaged, defaced or illegible entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.
13. Material submitted may not be of any explicit sexual, political or racist nature, contain inappropriate (swear) words or other website addresses. Material, submitted of cat/dog may not show any cat/dog or other animal being harmed, harming itself or in harms way. All such entries will automatically be disqualified and will not appear on the website. Participants submitting information that is disqualified will not be explicitly notified of the disqualification.
14. Disqualification of any entry is subject to the discretion of PURINA PetCare. PURINA PetCare will always have the right to refuse or remove uploaded content. It is not possible to correspond with PURINA PetCare about respective decisions.
15. All submitted Material will be automatically edited by PURINA PetCare to give the Material the 'look-and-feel' of the Promotion.
16. Participants warrant that when submitting Material no intellectual, property or other right of any third party will be infringed. Participants shall hold PURINA PetCare free and harmless from any claims, costs, actions, suits and/or damages resulting from infringement or alleged infringement of any right of any third party arising out of the submittance of Material and/or the use thereof.
17. The prize winners’ details will be available to anyone sending a Self-Addressed Envelope within 30 days of the closing date to the promoter’s address below.
18. The decision of the judges in all matters relating to this competition will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. The promoter retains the right to alter the present terms of entry in the interests of the entrants, with no less than 28 days notice, to be posted on this website.
20. It is a condition of entry that the terms of entry of this promotion are accepted as final. Your statutory rights are not affected.
