Cheap Dishwasher: B&Q

Been looking for a new dishwasher for the last month, had a look at
http://www.clearance-comet.co.uk/ but people bidding silly prices.

Anyway visited B&Q, the new superstore in Milton Keynes, yesterday to find an Indesit IDL 530 knocked down to £179 from £199 (model discountinued) and with the 15% instore discount managed to pick it up for £152.15. :

Note had to tell the checkin chap that there was a 15% discount due,
as it scanned in, without a discount. He had to input a code to get
the discount registered.

Anyway installed it and quite happy with the results!

The MK store had another three units available if anyone is intrested.

    Hi and welcome viip.

Is the 15% discount nationwide or just in your new superstore.

DO NOT BUY FROM B&Q APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE!!
    NIGHTMARE BEGINS.
We ordered a Hotpoint dishwasher FDW60 from them 8 weeks ago, the first came after 3 weeks (even though we were told it would be 10 days) the courier was driving away and we noticed it had a huge dent on the side which meant you couldn't even open the door. Phoned straight away - 20mins waiting 0870 number - explained what was wrong and was promised a phone call back. Never got one so phoned again this time 32mins waiting, of course no record of prevoius call had to start again!
Promised they would treat it as a 'priority' said they would phone hotpoint to confirm a delivery date and phone us back - guess what? no phone call! Phoned again - another 20mins waiting the person said that they were out of stock!!
Anyway finally recieved our new Hotpoint yesterday and as they were lowering the tailgate I noticed a huge dent in that one! Driver took that one and the original one back. Phoned and waited again - explained to the operator - said someone from their 'customer care' dept would phone us back - yep you guessed it - no phone call. Phoned again spoke to someone in sales this time(isn't it funny how the sales lines don't keep you waiting as long?) She looked at our records and said it has been passed to the refund dept and Wwill get a refund in approx 15 days. Firstly we never asked for a refund (although we were going to) and secondly why does it take 15 days before they give us our money back??
ABSOLUTE AMATEURS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

As per herbals comment I bought the item instore, asked for a hand to get it
into the car a 3 door compact fitted quite easily and away I went.

As to its preformance must say I am more then happy with it, very easy to install, done 3 loads and IMHO washes as well as the Bosch I had originally,
not had any heavly soiled pans to wash yet so will report back when I get
    the results.

    Hope this help.
