Theres a thread already for this, they send you voucher via email, though for some reason, it didn't come to my hotmail account, reordered it, in my sons name and NTl address, got voucher and got mascara today.if this is the Debenhams one?0

That should work for the chanel mascara but it is a horrid website! you have to go to bottom right corner to skip intro etc...

I think its any store that has a chanel concession. I tried boots & debenhams in Lakeside yesterday- debenhams have taken Name etc.. for when they get the stock and boots said should be available next week. didn't try house of fraser, but would imagine same story.:TDuct tape is like the force. Oooh, the Chael mascara is fab. I use it normally but have managed to get hold of two of these tril sized ones before and they're fantastic for having in the car or office drawer etc!
