    i'm certainly not an expert and i have not had many loans but i think you'll find that there's something like this in most loan agreements.
    Switzerland has Dignitasthe UK has DCA's, Bankers and Lawyers.

    I thought it was only overdrafts that were normally repayable on demand, like this? I don't have access to my mortgage documents at the moment to check what's in mine - I have a lifetime tracker.
